Membership is free for staff and students of the University of Divinity, Wollaston Theological College, and members of the Anglican Diocese of Perth community. If you are not part of these groups, you are still welcome to join — annual fees may apply to some memberships.
To borrow from The Wollaston Library, you will need to register for membership.
University of Divinity Academic Staff & Students:
Library accounts are created by the University of Divinity (UD) for academic staff and students enrolled in UD courses. Once your account is set up, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Other Members:
An online library membership form can be completed or register to become a member when you visit the library. If a membership fee applies, payment can be made upon membership approval or at time of joining if you register at the library. You will be able to loan library items and reserve items on the same day as you join.
Loan Limits
Library members may borrow up to 20 physical items for a three-week period. Items are automatically renewed up to one time, unless overdue, requested by another library member or are an interlibrary loan.
Note: Online access to eBooks, Databases and Journals is limited to enrolled University of Divinity staff and students. eBook loans are not included in loan limits.
Renewing items
Items on loan that have not been reserved by another member will automatically renew on the due date. Items will be automatically renewed once for another three weeks.
If an item has been reserved or cannot be renewed for any reason, you will receive an overdue notice to the email address you provided to the library, letting you know that you must return the item.
The easiest way to keep track of your items and due dates is to log into your Library Hub account.
Alternatively, please feel free to contact the library if you have any questions about renewals.
